User Data Deletion Instructions

Itutn Ads Helper respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), we provide the following options for managing and deleting your data.

Option 1: Remove App Access via Facebook

You can revoke our app's access to your Facebook data at any time through your Facebook settings. This will immediately stop our app from accessing your Meta accounts.

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  3. Click on Apps and Websites in the left menu
  4. Find "Itutn Ads Helper" in the list of active apps
  5. Click on the app, then click "Remove"
  6. Confirm the removal when prompted

Note: Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Meta data, but it does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers.

Option 2: Request Complete Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of all data we have stored about you on our servers, please follow these steps:

Via Email

Send an email to:

support@itutn.store

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address (the one you used to sign up)
  • Your Facebook User ID (if known)
  • Confirmation that you want all your data permanently deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

  • Your account information (email, profile data)
  • Stored Meta access tokens (encrypted)
  • Ad account and page configuration data
  • Campaign history and settings
  • Any uploaded creative assets
  • Usage logs associated with your account

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Deletion Callback URL

For automated data deletion requests initiated through Facebook, we have implemented a Data Deletion Callback endpoint in compliance with Meta Platform requirements:

When you remove our app from your Facebook settings, Facebook may send a deletion request to this endpoint, and we will automatically process the deletion of your data.

Data Retention After Deletion

After processing your deletion request:

  • All personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems
  • Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 additional days before being purged
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics
